File simply does not exist, I have gone through all .config files under the BOSserver folder, I cannot file such a file, and the existing ones, I have gone through them to identify any URL with localhost and port numbers, nothing.

Any idea qhat might be happening?>

Has anyone facing troubles using SMTP e-mails?

I have everything configured the same way in several devices, and my SMTP is actually working on a Grinder, on my local software based demo, but on my Jigsaw it doesn't send any e-mails...

The Configurator version is 4.6.26.

I already rebooted the Jigsaw, but it still doesn't send any e-mails.

The network is configured correctly, and the remote access is also working. It just doesn't send any e-mails...

Ive been getting this Out of memory error lately with 4.6.20 and 4.6.26 servers. 
First i noticed it with a old server that was still on 4.4.4 version but got updated without my knowledge. After the update it crashed every 3 days giving a out of memory errors in the log.

Today it happened again, when our 4.6.20 Bos server was acting strange - it wouldn't update button presses on a control panel - So i did a server reload from bos config to see if it would help. But after the reload everything was gone. It loaded up a new empty config all themes and devices deleted. 

With a error:

Next reload wont help and the error is gone with the next reload as if it wouldn't even load the building folder.

Im really hoping that comfortclicks guys can restore my building folder because there was a lot of updates and no backups from today.

Is there anyway to log/monitor events from server to a file? It is possible via bOS Config but want to be able to log 24/7 without having the client running.

In situations when things don't work as expected this would be really helpful. This would also reduce the risk that bOS Config dies and a day of logging will not be there.

Ive noticed that 2 of our servers have high cpu usage. Turns out that bos service is using 18-45% cpu (Pulsating usage) After restarting the service it returns to normal. Both servers have the latest stable update. But the problem returns, i dont know for how long it stays normal yet. 

One said server is really old and we will move it soon to a new one, but that's how i noticed it happening. Because everything went to slowmo mode.

Other server is newer with a better cpu but it had the same symptoms. I restarted the service yesterday but today its back.

Ive checked some other servers and they all have ~3% cpu usage max. But they also are on version 4.4.4

I've recently updated server to version 4.5.8, but it's still impossible to work with it. Mostly remotely.

On local network I'm still experiencing error calling function problems, specially editing scenes, moving up and down elements. It still keeps on disconnecting and reconnecting sometimes. Very often...

But remotely it's impossible to do anything. Clicking on any tree view item makes configurator reconnect. Always. bOS client for PC isn't working right neither. Sometimes reconnects, sometimes camera freezes after a few seconds and finally reconnects again...

All those things makes impossible to update our customer's servers (I'm working with one of my own with free license).

Anyone else experiencing same problems after the update?
