Hello,

This night there was a power cut and entire current of the house was gone for a couple of seconds. Now I am unable to establish a connection to the jigsaw, do can't even find it using an ip scanner.

I've already tried to perform a network reset and factory reset, still unable to find the jigsaw using the bOS Configurator. What can I do next? Or does this mean my jigsaw is broken?

We have installed Bos server Sledgehammer, and would like to add monitoring of device using Zabbix system, has anyone done that so far? Is that possible to install Zabbix agent on the device? Or add some monitoring scripts on the device?

I've devices in my network using the local IP that should get automatic login, so that in the case of a device restart, just opening the browser will show the CFC interface.

I saw some other reports that suggested *YEARS* ago an URL with Demo?user= but it's no longer working.

Is there a supported way to do so?

I have bellow error whenever any change in configuration (both from config or any change of scene or schedule by end user. 

Changes are not stored and after server reboot configuration changes are lost. 

How to solve it?

After a period of absence of a week, I found the Jigsaw planted. Resetting the front panel changes nothing. I have to unplug the 220v, the KNX bus and the RJ45 for 30 seconds. Restarting is ok??

This every time I'm away for several days?

I have two situations of this type: I need to transfer the bos license to a new server!

I looked for something similar here on the forum, but I didn't find anything "useful"... What I found, is either very old, or it's not about the software license but about the jigsaw... Sorry... .

How do I proceed? What is the email address for direct contact with support?

I have 2 clients who damaged the machine, after changing the SSD, formatting and reinstalling the bos server (and its backup), everything works except the old license... If you want a suggestion, I think there should be a clearer path on how to proceed , there is nothing in the site's database “showing the way”.
