disconnection after vacation period

After a period of absence of a week, I found the Jigsaw planted. Resetting the front panel changes nothing. I have to unplug the 220v, the KNX bus and the RJ45 for 30 seconds. Restarting is ok??

This every time I'm away for several days?

after the reboot the jigsaw started working ok? Resetting should be done using the reset button on the device instead of unplugging it.

In any case, the Jigsaw should be working normally even when absent, you can send us a private ticket and we can investigate further and try to troubleshoot and resolve the problem.
