Hi.

I have used another port for HTTPS communication (8443) to bOS server

But when I upgraded to 4.4.0 today, it defaulted back to port 443 and I cannot change it back to 8443.

I the file: C:\Program Files (x86)\ComfortClick\bOS Server\BOSService.exe.config it still says 8443 and I have restarted the service with bOS Service Monitor, but it is still on port 443??

Are there any new routines for changing ports in v. 4.4.0?

Any ideas why it don't work?

Due to restrictions on opening port 443 in my firewall, I have to change default ports in comfortclick server to reach it from the internet.

First I stop the services in bOS Service Monitor

Then I change the port numbers in the BOSService.exe config file: (http and https)

    <add key="EventServiceUri" value="net.tcp://localhost:16100/" />
    <add key="HttpsServiceUri" value="https://localhost:8443/" />
    <add key="HttpServiceUri" value="http://localhost:8080/" />
    <add key="RPCServiceUri" value="http://localhost:81/" />

And then start the services in bOS Service Monitor

When started I cannot connect to the server with any clients. (mobile or pc client)

From a web browser I get these results:

http://bosIP:8080 works fine

https://bosIP:8443 does not work.

When changed back (to 80 and 443) everything works fine...

Any ideas?

Hello!

I used to connect to my server using the IP address and always worked just fine(for local and remote connection). Now i'm trying to conect using the Access ID and i get a error message "Can not connect with this profile. Profile key does not match the server key. Possible security violation." 

The odd thing is that when i switch back to connect by the IP it work whitout any problem.

Any ideia why this is happening and how to fix it? 

Hello! I was trying to try the free license and I registered my controller. But I couldn't assign the dynamic ip (ports are opened, but it says server couldn't do it.. don't remember the message), so I tried to disconnect and connect again to set it again. It asked me to register the controller again, so I removed the first one and registered it again, and when I tried to load it with the Configurator, I got a "License revoked". I don't know why it asked me to register the same controller again... but I'm sure it's my fault. How can I get back my free license? Thank you!

I upgrade bOS Server + bOS Config + bOS Client  from 4.1.0  to 4.3.6  in PC.

After upgrade  in bOS Configurator it show not register and Machine ID is change.

  I try register but it show already register.

I uninstall all and start version 3.0.76 and up to 4.1.0   and copy backup  license.bin   

It have same problem(Machine ID is change)

I installed today bOS Server + bOS Config + bOS Client 4.3.0 and I can`t activate de free license. After registering the controller and clicking the Refresh button in bOS Configurator it doesn`t register. Also I observed that after each click on refresh button in bOS Configurator the Machine ID changes.

Hello, after download a new configuration an error appears "Error getting data file" when i put the arrow over the Themes symbol. What can i do?

I've my license valid, but the status of my controller appear to be OFFLINE!
