USB to SERIAL on Jigsaw

Hello,

Will it work with any usb to serial ona aJigsaw server or do I have to use the one provided from comfortclick? Wondering because there are no way to install drivers on Jigsaw?

Hello,

for the converter that is provide by us we can say for 100% that is working with Jigsaw or other hardware that we also provide. You can try and test your converter with the Jigsaw well. In theory it should work normally, but best way would be to test and see for sure. Unfortunately we cannot say for all certainty that every dongle/converter will work, before it's tested.
