I bought the USB Aeotec Z-Stick but when I start to configure it in the comfortclick tool I don t see the configuration - Network tab as you reported in the documentation in your web page.

As well when I try to include the controller in the controller list I don t see anything and as well if I press the button settings

What is wrong?

Hi, does anyone can play Hikvision camera on iOS or windows client ?

I have tried million configuration, but still no luck :(

if I am paying these links on VLC it shows camera without any problem

still not working.

Also I have made low picture quality on camera settings, still not working :(

Ports on router are open, i can use local and external IP, on VLC works fine, on iOs or windows not.

Hi, i wold like to know if there's an way to send automatically a Consumption Report of a previous selected period of time to a e-mail addres, containing the graphs and some other informations. For instance, the bOS itself would send me monthly reports of each log that i need.

Is there any way to get a MouseDownButton connected with 2 different Boolean variables: one to change the status of an item and other one to show the status of the controlled item?

What I need is a button where the status is non linked with the variable used to control the same item

Is there any way to restore a configuration that has been lost/corrupted during a server crash? Unfortunately the last backup file is two month old, and a lot of configurations has been done since than...

I can not log in with the old user details, and when logging in with User/Pass it´s a clean new configuration.

And can you do a automatic backup of the configuration file (going forward)? Will it work to let windows or other backup program just copy the building/configuration.bin file regularly while the server is running?
