I am trying to integrate Modbus Thermostat ( Produal HLS 44 ) with Jigsaw Z wave via RS 485 ( RTU ). The register details are mentioned below :-

Holding Register Address 1 ( 40001 ) = FAN SPEED CONTROL WRITE

Holding Register Address 2 ( 40002 ) = SET POINT WRITE

Input Register Address 18 ( 30018 ) = SET POINT BY USER

Input Register Address 19 ( 30019 ) = FAN CONTROL BY USER

Those Address were verified using MODSCAN 32 and found to be correct.

Now in jigsaw, the scenario is different. The setup was :-

ACTUALLY ADDRESS 18 IS FOR SET POINT BUT  I AM GETTING THE SET POINT IN ADDRESS 17 ( 18 - 1 )

SIMILARLY ADDRESS 19 IS FOR FAN SPEED AND I AM GETTING IN ADDRESS 18 ( 19 - 1)

So what we have seen is for input register, we need to deduct -1 with the address mentioned in datasheet. 

REGARDING THE HOLDING REGISTER 1 AND 2, IT IS NOT WORKING. I AM ABLE TO GET DATA FROM INPUT REGISTER BY DEDUCTING THE ADDRESS BY 1. BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO WRITE ANYTHING IN HOLDING REGISTER. 

ALSO THE VALUE FROM INPUT REGISTER IS LIKE 280, 275, 220. WE NEED THE VALUE LIKE 28, 27.5, 22 ( divided by 10 ). 

CAN YOU PLEASE SUPPORT ?

I think this is a bug, but please tell me if I am just doing something wrong

The font on the iPhone bOS client is proportionally larger than on either the Windows or the Android tablet app so that screens that look fine on Windows or Android do not work on the iphone because much of the text is missing.  Effectively you get 3 lines of text on the Windows and Andiod client but 2 on the iphone so the last line is always missing, (and that is often where things like temp is showing). It does not seem to matter how many tiles you have on a page.  If you make the tiles bigger, (by having less rows), it just makes the two lines of text larger, it does not show more lines

Is possible use value display,or control, like a knot?

I'm trying to connect from my computer to the Jigsaw by bOS configurator but I get: "Can not connect with the profile. Profile key does not match the server key. Possible security violation.". Tried removing the device from the configurator and adding it again but I got the same. I also tried stopping the server, removing the Building folder from the Comfortclick folder in C: and starting all over again but it did not work again. Can you please help me?

There are a chipset insaid the grinder to upload a new OS. 

Hello! I'm trying to use the "On Local Network" value to let the server know if I'm at home (and switch on/off automaticallythe climate system). But the value is always TRUE, even if I'm connected to the server by 4G. I use Android app, and the "Online" value works fine.

I connect to the app by the Access ID, who is set to Dynamic IP for the external connection. I have no problem to access inside or outside my network, but the value is always TRUE. Does it work ok in other devices? Thank you!

i can give you operating instruction about its tcp-ip protocol .

my idea is to connect it trough your mod bus device, buti tried without success.

the device is connecyed but parameters can't be read or written....

i would be pleased if you can check the instructions to understand if my idea can be implemented

Hello! I was trying to try the free license and I registered my controller. But I couldn't assign the dynamic ip (ports are opened, but it says server couldn't do it.. don't remember the message), so I tried to disconnect and connect again to set it again. It asked me to register the controller again, so I removed the first one and registered it again, and when I tried to load it with the Configurator, I got a "License revoked". I don't know why it asked me to register the same controller again... but I'm sure it's my fault. How can I get back my free license? Thank you!

I've received a ETS file but the extension is *.knxproj

How can I convert this in a esf file?
