Hey,

Our client wanted to change ventilation speeds from the thermostat. Ventilation runs on Modbus everything else is on KNX bus.

This may be a really stupid question but... i found that when i put a value for 1byte in bOS 1 then KNX sees it as 3 and value 2 as 5. But in bOS it shows the correct values. Ventilation has 3 speeds that we control (0 is for away, 1 is home, 2 is guests) I made some screenshots. 
In bOS

Shows as correct value in bOS

But in KNX sees it as 3 and value 2 as 5 in knx

Is this normal or am i missing something? 

I got it working though by changing the values in the Thermostat to 3 and 5, there is no problem with value 0 :) . So now every thermostat shows the correct status and from every thermostat they can change the ventilation speeds. But I find it weird that it changes the values like that.

When I try to connect via https, the web browser shows a warning message (SITE NOT SECURE).

Is it a meaning to avoid this warning ?

That's not user friendly for the final user.

I'd like to use the night mode in the buttons (light up and night).

and at the same time i wan't to have the lighting in the bedroom area (toilet, bedrooms, halway,..) to work at ca. 40%.

All lights are DALI dimmable. 

I made a group 3/3/4 night buttons where i put the 4(general) LED - brightness mode in.

What do i have to do in bosconfig for the nightmode buttons and what for the lights to go max. 40%?

Hello,

We're experiencing some issues with push notifications in one of our latest bOS. The thing is, at some point, the users stop receiving push notifications.

When this happens, we delete the clients, under the user menu, and once the users logout and in again, it works again for some time.

Any tip on this?

I have an important question,, so plz help to answer it,, 

I have hotel project,, the owner needs to know if the rooms are (occupied / empty) as a simple solution, using a KNX 4 binary input modules,,

so my question is can i integrate these knx modules with jigsaw, to read/know each room status as (occupied /empty)?? 

Note: in this KNX system,  I will use KNX Power Supply and KNX 4 binary input modules..

I have some some dimming lights (controlled buy dali gateway), they are programmed in ETS and working fine.

Now i'm trying to control theme with comfort click without succes.

I have the following adresses:

3/4/0 switch (switch)

3/4/1 dimming (dimming control)

3/4/2 value (percentage 0-100%)

3/4/3 status (switch)

I used in comfort click the following adress:

Address: 3/4/0 switch

status address: 3/4/2

resutl:

the slide goes directly back to 0

I found a feature. When there is 2 or more devices with the same name(device name for the mobile), they wont show up under the correct users account. 
We just had a problem with a duplicated mobile name, client  logged in and we couldn't see the device but the account was correct(i could see it in the log as logged in with the correct account). I needed to change the default theme to a mobile one, but couldn't. 

The problem was fixed when I changed the device name under the bOS app settings and logged out and in again. 

But my logic is that if the users (account)name and password is different it shouldn't matter what is the device name.
