When I try to add the LG TV device into bos, the Panel Functions and Numbers nodes are not automatically added under the main node!

Good morning everyone!

Our partner [integrator] upgraded the software to v4.8.7, however iOS phones are unable to access the system. In the case of Android phones, access remains normal.

Has anyone encountered this problem? Any suggestions on how to proceed to solve the problem?

On version 4.8.7 Linux update is not working. Every time it end with upgrade fail please contact support. I try five different Jigsaws, try to reset it try network settings but with no luck.

I'm trying to connect with a 4.7.0 server Jigsaw using the latest bOS Configurator (4.8.7). Every time I connect, the updating message appears, but when i select "Yes" in order to update the server, the updater windows is empty without no possibility of updating. As a result i can't use this server unless I get an older bOS configurator version.

How can I fix this?

im trying to create a simple knx thermostat with the setpoint up and down, and i unable to find the optimal solution, also im trying to display the room temperature and when you press the up or down button to display the setpoint.

im using bosconfig 4.8.5.

Hi,  When using the string editor (in the basic device driver). - what format codes etc. are allowed - is this documented anywhere?  I'm trying to figure out how to include unprintable chars ..  and to keep it readable and possible to format values in correctly was trying not to revert to just using hex.   .. in the example below I need the variable to be formatted in as a 2 digit hex representation of the integer..

To be honest I've never used the Presence Simulator node on bOS.

But some of my customers are asking for it, so I decided to test it out first.

The thing I've noticed right away, is that when I stop the simulator, every circuit of that simulator is turned off, even if have them on. The same applies for the shutters (0-100%), they are left completely opened as they receive the 0% value.

It could make sense on lights to let them turned off, but probably not on shutters. Probably the best way would be let them be in their last position before the simulation is stopped.

So this means, that if I place every shutter of a house on a presence simulator, when I stop the simulator ALL the shutters of that simulator will be left open.

Any workaround on this? I don't want to end up by doing some logic to close the shutters after the simulator stops, but I guess I'll have to if needed. 

I guess that the customers will be worried to know that the shutters will be opened after ending the simulation.
