I have been evaluating your solution on my PC , where i have installed your server , and after watching a few videos i add two modbus devices to my project. The problem is whenever i try to change a variable value for simulation at bOS configurator the application stops working and it looses the connection to the local server.

Is this a common problem ?

Hi, i have a Bacnet Controller conected to my network( T3000 ) and i am unable to discovery it through comfortclick

i am able to find it through the main controller software and through YABE (BACNET Explorer)

tryed connecting the device directly to my PC and disabling all the firewall and still do not work. any other advice??

I need to be able to handle the format of the dates but I don't see anywhere how to do it nor do I see something similar in the forum.

I have to get the hour and minute of sunrise and sunset in label format hh:mm but the Sun application returns the value in the format dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss.

Has anyone managed to manage the time formats?

I would appreciate any suggestion.

I don't know how other colleagues do it. When it's needed a Virtual Assistan, what we are doing is change the password temporarily, so the end user can add the devices to the Assistant (after picking their controller from the entire controller list), and then change back the password again.

In order to keep our "admin" account, I think I´d could be nice some kind of account for this "end user" or something so they can add the devices with their own password just for their controller.

Or maybe just add a "Controller transfer" option or something like that. So we can transfer the controller to the end user via e-mail or something.

In my country the brand Velux for roof window are more used  and at this time bOS not work with this system. 

Velux are developped a solution that is KLF 200 with an api https://www.velux.com/api/klf200

Can this interface be developed in a future update of bOS ?

Hello! Since the last version (4.7.0) I'm not able to Run a Program from a Scene, I was able in previous versions and it's very useful. I can only set the Enable or Blocked feature, but I can't run it. It'll be pretty helpful, now I have to create a variable just to call the program.

I'm trying to connect with a SMA Tripower via Modbus TCP and I can connect with it but when I try to read registers the Tripower response NaN values all the time, I try to change the Slave ID and I try to read diferent adreces but doesn't work, I used the SMA example of the web and I make a new Modbus connection too, can you help me please. Thank you.

after registering and downloading the bOS server software for windows, i login to the server using the default credentials and try to register the free version for testing. i click on the register button but nothing happens out of a new window opening up. 

is there an issue with registering the free server software version? 

one of my customers have an Innogy Smart home version 2.0 controller and the innogy rolladen controllers. does the bOS have a protocol that interfaces wit hthe Innogy smart home controller?
