Alexa - Motion Sensor
I have added a new device within the Alexa API as a "Motion Sensor", but I am only getting the "Detected" and "Not detected" states.
Is there an option to also get the "Not detected for x" state visible in the Alexa app?
Locked myself out of JigSaw
Hi there,
My network got interrupted due to some roadworks and now I cannot reconnect to my JigSaw... Normally connection restores itself? But now I cannot even access my local IP, very strange.
This is a substract of my router, showing 192.168.0.198 is clearly my internal IP, although noting is loaded when surfing to this IP.
My bOS Config is obviously also broke, but I do get "Find" an installation of bOS:
I do get access to this first IP with my old credentials; but this device doesn't seem to be registered to my CC Account and by so, my bOS Clients are not working...
If I try to register, the "Access ID already exists." pop-ups up when I provide my "Server Name" and "Access ID".
Besides the rogue and strange network behaviour, I cannot reconnect my JigSaw Controller to my account...
Any advise?

How can I integrate these http requests (send from my 2N devices) in my bOS Config?

bOS configurator not connecting to remote Jigsaw
Hi!
I have a Jigsaw behind a LTE modem. I have configured port forwarding on the modem (8080->80, 8443->443 and 16100->16100). On a web browser I'm able to connect to the web interface via the forwarded ports 8080 and 8443 for https, but bOS configurator is reporting "error connecting to server". Am I missing any other port or specific configuration on the modem?

It seems that the main title of the window is not translating to another language, its stays in the language that you made the programming, is there any possibility to fix this.

Prevent negative values from Modbus SMA
Hi,
I'm reading values from my SunnyBoy SMA Inverter to shown the yield of my solarpanels in my bOS.
I successfully connect to my SMA with below values:
It goes just fine as long as the sun is shining. Once the sun drops, the NaN value takes it's place and gives me the
-2147483648 value; When plotting my daily yield, the few actual kw (max. 14 kW) vanishes compared to this ridiculous high value. Is there any way to prevent this kind of spikes?
I've tried adding a new integer value which is set with a Program and corrected to 0 when the value drops below 0, but this still doesn't works out... Is there another SMA user suffering from the same?

Connect Smart meter (Fluvius) to Comfortclick
Hi,
I recently acquired a Smart meter by our Belgian energy supplier Fluvius. It has some ports to be connect and I have connected both my Jigsaw and my meter using a R12-USB cable.
I've added a "Basic" device with the required parameters, but all I get back on the Raw Data is FF and the Encoded data value is ?
It looks like the device is connected, but I cannot extract or read data from this device. Does anyone have an idea what the "FF" or "?" stands for and how to fix this?

bOS client whith Android TV box
I have installed the bOS client on 3 different Android TV boxes and with all 3 there is the same problem: I can only see the start screen. The visualization is perfect but when I click with the cursor on the icons it does nothing. just as if the click did not work. I can't activate anything or change the screen. Does this have any "tricks"?

Problem to open app bOS Client with iPhone 11 Pro
I have a client with 2 iPhones that cannot open the app. You have uninstalled it several times and it is not working for you. However, I can open it perfectly (I have Android). It happens on his smartphone and his wife's.
There are two iPhone 11 Pro with software version 14.3.
Please give me a hand because I don't know what to say to him anymore.
