login error
Hello,
I'm getting a "Login error. Please verify your username and password" on my server which I was able to access yesterday.
I tried with 2 different users, and I tried from bOS client and from bOS configurator : same result.
Of course, I haven't modified any user name / password.
Any ideas where that could come from ?
I don't currently have access to the server, Grinder, as I'm not on site. I was wondering whether this could come from Windows as I know sometimes it's doing weird updates ?
I don't have any issues on my other servers, Linux based (Jigsaws)

LG TV Integration (ON/OFF)
I'm using the LG TV Device in CC on a 2021 LG TV (webOS 6). There doesn't seem to be a Power On / Off function. From what I gather the TV is disconnected from the network when powered off (via remote - standby? I would have thought standby would have kept connection with the router). Is there a way around this? i.e. through TV settings? As it's pretty annoying telling a client that they have to power up the TV via remote first before automations will start.
Love to know what people have done in this space, I really don't want to add a IR sprayer to the mix just to turn off and on.

Access id does not resolve
Hello everyone.
Unfortunately I have clients that due to server hardware reasons cannot upgrade beyond version 4.8.20. For this I have to use older configurators every time I need to make a change in these servers.
The problem I have is that when I give the Access ID corresponding to this server, the application does not resolve it and returns the Access ID not found message.
However when using versions later than 4.8.20 I have no problem creating the connection.
I also have no problems with the App Client.
Has access to older versions been restricted to the way of creating connections with the Access ID as it has been done until now?
Android "back" button logs out
Hello,
Our customer (Android user) complains, that android "back" button doesn't go back in the visualisation but wants to log user out of BoS.
Do you have any workaroud this issue? Is it possibe to make a button in th bottom menu with "back" function (instead of this located on the top?)

I need to provide Smart TV options for clients. From what I understand the Samsung (new models <6 years) aren't supported and I can see there's an LG on the device list but not sure if there are also limitations on LG Models
So before making recommendations I'd like to be 100% confident which TVs and Models will work and what if any limitations there may be.

bOS Configurator crashes on scheduler editing
Good day everyone.
While working on the new project, I remembered about another serious editing problem in bOS Configurator. It appears in any edited program. The problem concerns edition of schedulers, which contain dozen commands (in my case 12) and dozen time events (in my program 18).
I do each new scheduler by cloning an existing one, according to the screenshot:

To force the configurator to close, it was enough to edit 8 commands. In my case, the configurator crashes with each new schedule (on average, after editing dozen commands).
To reproduce the problem, you can use the configuration file that I sent by e-mail two days ago (my earlier post "bOS Configurator - cyclical configuration downloading").

Log Monitor Event
Hello everyone.
I need to track through the registry to discriminate a problem in my customer's installation. The Log Monitor has a data collection buffer of approximately 12 hours, but 95% of the events it displays are weather and clock events.
Is there a way to disable the General\Time and General\Sun events in the Log Monitor so that they do not occupy most of the space in the log and lengthen the time I can spend without having to collect the data from the log before it is deleted?
