iPadOS client crashes

Francois Lesueur 9 months ago in bOS Client updated 5 months ago 18

Since 4.8.12 the client is crashing with iPadOS 12.5.7 :

I set-up the server, I connect to this server. It's working. But at the next bOS client launch, it crashes. The server needs to be re-installed each time.

4.8.11 was working fine.

Can you either fix this bug, or set-up 4.8.12 as not compatible with iPadOS 12.5.7, which would force the iPad to download version 4.8.11 ?

Thanks,

François

Time Sever Error

APP MOD 9 months ago in bOS Server updated by ComfortClick Support 9 months ago 4

Hello, my server's date and time get incorrect after every power outage. I have tried using time.windows.com, but it seems ineffective. Is there any way to automatically update the current date and time?

Change graph axis properties

Raymond Olsen 9 months ago in bOS Configurator / Themes 0

How do I change the axis format? The x axis is supposed to show the time. For instance 3 instead of 0,003. The y axis is supposed to show on/off.

Jigsaw issues after power loss

Bor Buh 9 months ago in General updated by ComfortClick Support 9 months ago 1

Hello, i am having issues with jigsaw after power loss. The green LED is on for Power, KNX and warning LEDs are off. Issue is that holding power button does nothing, cant reset it with 1s press, cant shut it down or reset network. Device just stays in same state no matter what. Only thing that works is a power cycle by disconencting power supply. Super annoying to do everytime it happens. Any solutions?

Comfortclick power supply

Diego Colic 9 months ago in General updated 9 months ago 3

Hello,

I will try to describe the problem as best as I can.

So we have installed ComfortClick module in the electrical cabinet. And everything was working fine ( for around 8 months). Last 2 months module ConmfortClick went offline 2 times (we do not know why). Every other module in the electrical cabinet was online expect ComfortClick.

Then we did reset the power supply (via fuse) which did not solve the problem.

By disconnecting and reconnecting the ComfortClick's power supply connector, we did manage to solve the problem and bring ComfortClick back online.

So I have few questions:

1. What could be the reasons that ComfortClick suddenly lost connection and went offline?

2. Why did we need to reset comfortclick power supply by disconnecting and then reconnecting his power supply connector? Why wasn't it enough to reset the power supply via the fuse?

Thanks.

Response needed from TCP Server

madub 10 months ago in Devices / Basic updated 9 months ago 2

Hello,

I need to use the TCP Server connexion of ComfortClick's Basic Driver in order to receive data sent by a sensor device (VegeHub from Vegetronix).
The TCP server is receiving the data from my Vegehub device, and I can parse the data well.

The problem is that ComfortClick does not send any response to the device and does not close the connection despite closing being requested by the device.
How can I have ComfortClick send a 200 code OK response to an incoming message sent to ComfortClick's TCP Server ?
How can I have ComfortClick close the connexion once received ?

Thank you
