Comfortclick power supply

Diego Colic 7 months ago in General updated 7 months ago 3

Hello,

I will try to describe the problem as best as I can.

So we have installed ComfortClick module in the electrical cabinet. And everything was working fine ( for around 8 months). Last 2 months module ConmfortClick went offline 2 times (we do not know why). Every other module in the electrical cabinet was online expect ComfortClick.

Then we did reset the power supply (via fuse) which did not solve the problem.

By disconnecting and reconnecting the ComfortClick's power supply connector, we did manage to solve the problem and bring ComfortClick back online.

So I have few questions:

1. What could be the reasons that ComfortClick suddenly lost connection and went offline?

2. Why did we need to reset comfortclick power supply by disconnecting and then reconnecting his power supply connector? Why wasn't it enough to reset the power supply via the fuse?

Thanks.

Response needed from TCP Server

madub 7 months ago in Devices / Basic updated 7 months ago 2

Hello,

I need to use the TCP Server connexion of ComfortClick's Basic Driver in order to receive data sent by a sensor device (VegeHub from Vegetronix).
The TCP server is receiving the data from my Vegehub device, and I can parse the data well.

The problem is that ComfortClick does not send any response to the device and does not close the connection despite closing being requested by the device.
How can I have ComfortClick send a 200 code OK response to an incoming message sent to ComfortClick's TCP Server ?
How can I have ComfortClick close the connexion once received ?

Thank you

MODBUS - BigEndian Vs LittleEndian

Ernesto Fantuzzi 7 months ago in Devices / Modbus updated 7 months ago 2

Hi,
I've this instrument EASTRON SDM630M

and i'm trying to read it in modbus.
Usually i start my test with modbus pull software.
I'm read the register number 4 - input register FC04 - (Voltage phase 3) in Floating32bit - BIGENDIAN

In comfortclick, to read the same value i need to set LITTLE-ENDIAN.

you can see that in BigEndian the value is incorrect.

Do you know why there is this different from Modbus Poll ?

Thanks in advice.

Visualization issue

"I did a home project where I created the rooms and added a background image.

Issue: In freestyle mode, I placed buttons on the objects but realized that when I zoom in, the buttons move out of place relative to the objects.

I made several changes to fix this, but now the background image only appears partially and doesn't display in full. I'm not sure which setting is causing this. Could you please let me know how to resolve the issue? I

Pop up notification on Android

Diego Colic 8 months ago in bOS Client updated 7 months ago 9

Hello,

Pop up notifications from bOS Client are not working on Andoird (at least for me). I have 2 Andoird phones and 1 iOS.

On iOS i do receive pop up notifications from bOS Client, while on Android i do not receive them.

I did enable notifications (for bOS Client app) on all phones.

Is there a problem with Andoird users?

jigsaw no network connection

Luc Lanners 8 months ago in bOS Server updated by ComfortClick Support 8 months ago 1

Hello,

This night there was a power cut and entire current of the house was gone for a couple of seconds. Now I am unable to establish a connection to the jigsaw, do can't even find it using an ip scanner.

I've already tried to perform a network reset and factory reset, still unable to find the jigsaw using the bOS Configurator. What can I do next? Or does this mean my jigsaw is broken?

Kind regards,

Luc
