Hi all!

At an installation, the fire system was changed to a Siemens Cerberus.
Their system communicates in BACnet but needs to know the BACnet ID of the system that queries it.

How do I set the ComfortClick (physical JigsawPro machine) to have the Bacnet ID that they associated with me?
I can't find anything about it in the settings.

Today I was changing some nodes and take the occasion to do some cleanups here and there in my project.

I was therefore looking to sort better my images bank

Unless mistaking, it used to be possible to easily move the files in the tree using the top menu command, put them in new folders, etc... but none of this worked today. There is no way to move them around.

Is this a bug? Not quite sure since when this is "locked" as I haven't tried since a while and did many soft update in between.

It was very useful, getting it back to work would be awesome.

Hi, i have recentrly updated my windows from 10 to 11. After that my bos Config and bos Client started to act up. At first i couldnt connect to the localhost server and now i cant connect to the physical server Jigsaw PRO. I would like to add that my cooworker, which didnt update his windows can connect to this physical server. Do you know how to resolve this issue?

I look for "next-day" as variable in format YYYY-MM-DD. I can easily get "today" in such format from built-in "Time" but I have no idea how to get day of tomorrow. Its not simple math calculation by adding +1 to the day variable becuase end month and year changes. I look forward on your help.

I am trying to import the BACnet objects of an APC NMC  to my bos configurator.

So far the WhoIs is working and I do indeed discover the device, also when I discover the BACnet objects, they are listed correctly.

The problems start when I try to import my selected objects, I get an error message stating:

Error from device:ERROR_CLASS_PROPERTY - ERROR_CODE_UNKNOWN_PROPERTY.

When trying with another BACnet explorer, like YABE, I can indeed read the objects correctly, yet bosConfigurator won't let me import them.

Does anyone have an idea of what's going on?

Hi, I am trying to use Beelink mini pc to function as the bOS server. However the setup wizard always get stuck when bOS  is starting the window service. Any advice on how to resolve this?

I have this problem and I don't understand how to solve it.

Suggestions?

After upgrading to 4.11.25 the bOS client opens in ful screen on my Windows computers.
Is there a setting to control this?
In previous versions the client opened in a normal sized window...

After upgrading to bOS 4.11.25 I can no longer control my HUE lights using the bOS Clients (Color Picker, Power, Brightness etc) Direct control of lamps from Devices/HUE/Lamps works as normal?
