BACnet objects import error

Evangelos Nirakis 2 days ago in bOS Configurator / Devices updated 1 day ago 7

Hello there,

I am trying to import the BACnet objects of an APC NMC  to my bos configurator.

So far the WhoIs is working and I do indeed discover the device, also when I discover the BACnet objects, they are listed correctly.

The problems start when I try to import my selected objects, I get an error message stating:

Error from device:ERROR_CLASS_PROPERTY - ERROR_CODE_UNKNOWN_PROPERTY.

When trying with another BACnet explorer, like YABE, I can indeed read the objects correctly, yet bosConfigurator won't let me import them.

Does anyone have an idea of what's going on?

Would be best if you made a ticket for it. Or add some pictures when it happens. I dont fully understand the "The problems start when I try to import my selected objects" - import from/to where?

Ok, that's new option for me, I didn't have it when I worked with bacnet. Does the Functions - GetbacnetObjects also give this error? This should import all the objects.

Functions - GetbacnetObjects shows no error, but also does nothing when I click it to run.

Also im wondering if the double object id 0 that were selected causes it? Did you try to import just one object? I think bOS support needs to take a look at it tho.

I have tried with various objects one by one and get the same response.

Also according to the device BACnet object map, the ones showed on the pictures above hold the information I want to be able to see on my bos client.

I hope the pictures above help.
