So you're talking about the "bad" resolution? Do you happen to experience this after the bOS update?
Someone had the same problem, and it seemed that it was related of not correctly updated all the needed software. So it was suggested to update the Full SDK 6.0 as stated on the following link.
But if this isn't the case, I can share a similar problem not relate to bOS, but rather Windows related, but I'd suggest to follow the updates first.
I had lots of problems with Windows 10/11 with visualization, and ComfortClick app was one of them. Instead of using the native resolution at 100%, Windows usually comes with 125% scale, especially on laptops, don't know why.
Some programs would be completely screwed up in terms of resolution, others blurred and it was very difficult to read. I've searched all the internet, and I found some dude that said that it's actually a "bug" from Windows. So instead of using 125%, he suggested to use 124%. And I was..."wtf?", but decided to try it and it worked. So change your resolution from 125% either to 100% (the native resolution), or to 124%.
I personally use 100% native resolution at home with my two monitors, but if I'm out and my eyes are tired I resize to 124%.
But try to do the correct updates first, as it may have something to do with that, rather than with wrong Windows resolution.
Hello,
No problem here... I can drag and drop the frames and they don't move or resize.
Make a Reload on the Configurator, on the top right menu, and try again.

Ciao Ricardo.
Penso anch'io che la colpa non sia del server.
Penso che sia più un problema del display del PC, ma non so come risolverlo.

Here's the post from other user, with the same behaviour:

Hi, I solved it!
The problem was the font size.
Over 100 drags do not work.
I also had to change the size of the icons on the desktop from the registry because it did not allow you to position them freely on the screen.
I attach the procedure that I found on the web.
In my opinion it is also a Bos problem because it was the only app with problems.
