
brightness values from a weather station on the Jigsaw.
I'm getting brightness values from a Jung weather station on the Jigsaw. The display does not change when the station value changes. If I do a group value read in ETS6, then the value displayed in jigsaw also changes.
I don't see what to do to make the display follow the values? I would not like to force the refresh of the values on the weather station.

bOS client is stuck reconecting to server on all our mobile devices, but it works fine on browser on all of them.
I checked ip multiple times, It's correct. I'm using only local one. On all devices it works fine on browser, but client doesn't want to work. I don't know what to do anymore.

bOS client compatibility with iOS versions

I tried to install bOS client on an iPad with iOS 9.3.5 ; that's the latest version supported on this iPad, I cannot upgrade to a newer version.
I got the message saying that the latest bOS client version was not compatible with this iOS version, which is strange as in the app compatibility section it says that it requires iOS 8.0 or greater.
I managed to upload an old version of bOS client, but that's not good as I won't get the latest updates. Any ways the latest bOS client version can still be compatible with iOS 8 and greater ? This is very useful to use old and cheap second hand iPad that are still working very well.

IOS client connection (new customers)
we are facing in the last week a problem for new customers with IOS to connect to the client. we have the latest version 4.9.17.
it tries to connect for few seconds and come back to the server lists.
we tried also with the manual configuration, still same behavior.

Problem opening client application
Hello. I have a problem opening the Client application on my pc.
After making a version update, when opening the comfortclick of a certain client, I get an error that I suppose will be a matter of changing https for http or vice versa.
The problem is that I cannot correct the error since the Client application always opens by default on the last server visited and does not give me the option to modify the connection data.
Is there any way to prevent the client application from directly opening a server and displaying the list of devices. I have tried reinstalling but it is not the solution.

Login Problem from Iphone
Hello, We have a problem logging in a software server from the app installed on an iphone 12 in any way (access id or manual). After a restart of the server it logs in from the internal network, using manual configuration, and only for the first time. We have no problem logging in from web browser, android or pc in any way

I updated a server to the latest version and since then I have this message into the webrowser and on the smartphone app
" OncallBack:TyperError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'Message type')"
The server is new and I deleted all the pages and just created a theme without graphic elements

I have login problem, Its just reconnecting and not login. If I make bOS client data erase, then it works but just for few hours.
The same problem all Samsung phones, S20 S22 ultra,S22 Plus. But it connects from computer installed app.
It started after last android update, what might be the problem?

iOS client cannot connect anymore

My bOS client can't connect anymore.
I rebooted the iPad, the server, I deleted the iPad from the server. I tried with another Wifi network.
I wanted to delete the profile and add it again : I can't add the profile anymore. It's hanging, and then a "back" button is displayed.
The problem is still there.
It appeared all of a sudden on 3 iPads ; none of them can connect anymore.
Server Jigsaw 4.7.0 ; bOS on iOS 9 (old iPad ; can't upgrade to latest iOS version)
What is very strange is :
- it was working before, and I didn't make any changes on the system
- it's working remotely from a recent iPad
Do you have any ideas where it could come from ?
Any ways to help to analyze what is happening when the client cannot connect ? There are no meaningful error message displayed.
