I've noticed a strange behavior, when using manual configuration on the client app when I'm not on the same network of the server.

I've noticed this for a while. Not that it can't be worked around with a cheat, but it's there, and it's strange.

- I have a brand new, recently deployed Jigsaw on a friend of mine house; It's still not yet configured, so I haven't registered the device on the ComfortClick account; On the other hand, I'm using my own DDNS account until then, so I have to configure the installation as "Manual Configuration" on the app, so I can work remotely until I register the server on the ComfortClick account;

- So on the fields, I have the local IP address of the Jigsaw on the Local Address, and the DDNS on the Public Address;

- And then, when I'm out of there, that's when things get weird: Every time I try to connect the installation, two possible things can happen: if I'm on 3G/4G, it works; But when I'm at home over Wifi it doesn't work, and it stays on Reconnecting;

- When this happens over Wifi at home (out of the installation), either I edit the profile and past the DDNS also on the Local Address, or I have to go over 3G/4G to open the installation.

So, what I think that's happening, is that when I'm on Wifi at home, it tries to open the local IP, and as it doesn't recognize the server on that IP, it doesn't even try to use the Public Address.

It happens on every client (Android and Windows at least). On the Windows client, I can clearly see that it tries to connect forever to the local IP, and then tries to reconnect every time without trying to probe the public IP.

It also happens on every server I've tested, so I guess that's client app related only (not probing the WAN when not detecting the server on the local IP, when in Wifi/LAN out of home.

Can the team please check on this please?

Anyone else having this problem? My bOS on android started crashing today. Clearing the cache or rebooting the phone does not help. This has happened before with older versions too but not for some time now. And I have too many projects to restore now. Please think some account backup thingy so we could backup and restore All projects we had in there. 

It kind of started the same way as the last time i lost all my projects. I was just making some updates, logged in and logged out after checking them and then when I wanted to change accounts it would just crash - after that I tried rebooting the phone and clearing cache. Its really pain in the arse to restore them manually as I don't have them all under my account but I still need the access.

I have installed the bOS client on 3 different Android TV boxes and with all 3 there is the same problem: I can only see the start screen. The visualization is perfect but when I click with the cursor on the icons it does nothing. just as if the click did not work. I can't activate anything or change the screen. Does this have any "tricks"?

I have a client with 2 iPhones that cannot open the app. You have uninstalled it several times and it is not working for you. However, I can open it perfectly (I have Android). It happens on his smartphone and his wife's.

There are two iPhone 11 Pro with software version 14.3.

Please give me a hand because I don't know what to say to him anymore.

Hi everybody, i have a problem with the BosClient App running in Windows 10.

Some svg objects (created by me) for a jigsaw server looks misplaced in the App but ok when i reach the server from a web browser, but only on my pc. If i run the bos client in my phone or tablet (IOS) everything are in place.

I think that this is a problem between the software Linux and windows because when i use the same svg objects in a server who runs on windows, they works perfect.

I need help please.

Messages are not wrapped, hence the text is cut from the screen, this is not right. Can you please check and fix the reason the text is not automatically wrapped into the log / events screens

Hi! I am facing a problem trying to open an Android Application from bOS . And to be more specific I have created a simple button and I set it to  the Android URL the address from the Google play application with the name MusicCast by Yamaha. So in that way when someone is pressing the specific button will open the application that will be allready installed in his Android smartphone. So, my probme is that when I pressing the button to ''call'' the MusicCast apllication , I am receiving a message saying that 'Package MusicCast Yamaha does not exist'' I will appreciate any help please.
