Android Client bOS
Hello, I have been working on comfortclic for about 3 years and there are still big problems with the android client, the application disconnects and reconnects especially when changing windows, strange because I did not notice this error on OS or Windows, please correct it because most of my clients have Android phones and tablets.

Hello,
we haven't noticed any other reconnects in our projects. Does it happen on many projects or only on one?
Best regards
in many others, on various Android phones and tablets, especially on a remote connection, but also under LAN
Hello,
could you provide us login credentials to the server where you are facing the issue? You can send us credentials to support@comfortclick.com so we can check together.
Best regards
Hi,
I can also confirm that sometimes it happens in some of my projects.
But it only happens with specific stuff, like having a jpg stream of a camera, etc, and usually only when visiting the panel containing the camera. It doesn't happen on every project with that conditions, but it happens sometimes.
Don't know if this is your case.
Best regards
Hello,
some problems were reported and we are already investigating the problem with cameras.
Best regards
Hi,
I also confirm that problem.
Sometimes works prefect, sometimes connect few times. And no meaning what connection is actual active (LAN/WAN).
Please do something.
This is very annoying.
Best regards
Same here and I also noticed that the disconnection happens if there are camera streams in the project, even if I am not on a camera page but some other page it also often disconnects and you have to connect again.
The other issue I have had for years and I have reported from Android error managemt several times is that from time to time (twice a year maybe) after connecting to some random server I get disconnected and then it is impossible to sign in again. The app just will crash as soon as I open it again. The solution is to delete the app and then install it again.
