I would like to configure automatically the (Windows/Android) BOSClient with the correct URL, right out of the mobile management system.

This to allow non-technical people to install the client and automatically configure it with the right parameters (Jigsaw URL etc)

I have a small display issue and don't know how it could be fixed from within the configurator and need the expert view on it. Wondering if it could be a bug...

To explain, I created some visual view for a  PV installation, for me to easily identify if I sending or pulling load from the grid. I've therefore programmed some colored coded field showing the situation

The idea is to have nothing displayed when there is no transfer between the house and the grid, programmed as such

If in principle it work well, I have sometime (most of the time in fact) the arrows remaining visible as well as the consumption box back color, while I'm expecting to see nothing else than the page background...

Any idea on how I could get this fixed and get rid of the "afterglow" effect ?

I have a problem to which I have not found a solution by browsing the forum and it may be very simple but I have not been able to find it.

In a Free type panel I have inserted a layout to insert controls, but I notice that if I see it in the Windows client it has a different orientation than if it is seen in an Android client. I attach a photo so you can check it.

Is it possible to avoid this? At this time it is impossible to locate any controls precisely.

I would like to have export sessions functionality or possibly a way to backup to my account so I can restore it when I change device

Con i touch screen HIKVISION è possibile installare la APK di BOSClient se il touch ha ANDROID installato (DS-HK9310). 

Qualcuno sa se è possibile installare un pacchetto "LINUX" di BOSClient su touch LINUX, tipo DS-HK6320?

Dove si potrebbe scaricare il pacchetto di installazione per il BOS?

Our customer has a phone with high display aspect ratio and some texts (schedule times) are not showing (only the hour is visible, not minutes). Is there any parameter we could change to make it more visible? See attached screen shots, first is scheduler within windows client app (all visible), another is client android app on customer's phone (only hours visible).

BOS Client crushes everytime i recieve an email from BOS. It only happens if message is defined as Alert.

I'm trying to turn on/off a light bulb. It's not working. It shows me that the device is connected. I have cheked the ip of my knx and i have selected "true" in the value tab.What elce should i do?
