I'm trying to integrate Google Home with Comfortclick, but when I go to add a device in Google Home, I get the following message: "Could not reach Comfortclick. Please try again.". I have followed all the steps of the video, I have even declared the public IP on your website, but nothing. I am using a DDNS server. How can I solve that?

How do you guys combine a timer mechanism with a kill switch?

In my example, I have a ventilator placed in my shower and a timer-commando configured for this. After the light in the shower is turned off, the timer starts for 5 minutes and kills the ventilator after these 5 minutes.

I also have a kill-switch place next to my bed to kill all the lights. If I hit this button, the shower-light receives an "off" commando (although it's already off), and by thus activating the timer AND the ventilator.

How can I prevent this?

I have a grinder black connected to unifi switch, with a vlan set to automation and a KNX IP interface connected the same vlan both with static IP fixed, I follow each step to configure bOS server but the server not connect to IP interface. Show the message: Devices|KNX\garage\lights on/off\c13_garage_rail No response: Read0/0/20 Devices\KNX\GARAGE\lights on/off

Hi Folks,

Not sure at what version it happened, but when sending out emails from BOS in the current version it loses its formatting, and sends the entire email out in one line. in comparison, it used to be formatted as it was input into the text field of the message box in BOS.

Is there some sort of formatting symbols we need to use now?

In this house I´m using two line couplers, connecting first floor to second and second to third

I have a push button in level one that connect with actuator on level two, they are conected through a line coupler. Does Comfortclick read this information and make it work ?

In the current controls I don't find it available.

Another customer asks me if it is possible to call the other apps directly.

Now I can call Netflix directly.

Is there any way to call Now?
