Hi,

i'm looking for a manual which describes all setting. (for example: Alexa API settings)

I like Jigsaw really. But for a newbee it takes a lot of time to figure out how something work's.

In the example of Alexa on the WebSite with light is for my opinion the simples way.

But how it works with slidingdoors. Which settings i habe to choose? 


It's some demo's yes, but they are not state of the newest version of bos-configurator.

String convert to (calculable) integer

Hi, 


I've ran several String-regexes on a Basis HTTP device and I have a ton of String values. 

Now I want to do some calculation on those values, but I need Integer values. 


Can I convert string values to integers somehow?

Locked myself out of JigSaw

Hi there, 

My network got interrupted due to some roadworks and now I cannot reconnect to my JigSaw... Normally connection restores itself? But now I cannot even access my local IP, very strange. 

This is a substract of my router, showing 192.168.0.198 is clearly my internal IP, although noting is loaded when surfing to this IP.

My bOS Config is obviously also broke, but I do get "Find" an installation of bOS:

I do get access to this first IP with my old credentials; but this device doesn't seem to be registered to my CC Account and by so, my bOS Clients are not working... 

If I try to register, the "Access ID already exists." pop-ups up when I provide my "Server Name" and "Access ID".

Besides the rogue and strange network behaviour, I cannot reconnect my JigSaw Controller to my account... 

Any advise?

    bOS configurator not connecting to remote Jigsaw

    Hi!

    I have a Jigsaw behind a LTE modem. I have configured port forwarding on the modem (8080->80, 8443->443 and 16100->16100). On a web browser I'm able to connect to the web interface via the forwarded ports 8080 and 8443 for https, but bOS configurator is reporting "error connecting to server". Am I missing any other port or specific configuration on the modem?

    Good morning everyone!

    Our partner [integrator] upgraded the software to v4.8.7, however iOS phones are unable to access the system. In the case of Android phones, access remains normal.

    Has anyone encountered this problem? Any suggestions on how to proceed to solve the problem?

    Can not update Jigsaw

    Greetings,

    I'm trying to connect with a 4.7.0 server Jigsaw using the latest bOS Configurator (4.8.7). Every time I connect, the updating message appears, but when i select "Yes" in order to update the server, the updater windows is empty without no possibility of updating. As a result i can't use this server unless I get an older bOS configurator version.

    How can I fix this?

    But i'm unable to get it working/connecting. Is there some feedback or manual available to further troubleshoot this?

    It doesn't seem to work via API calls.

    Alexa Communication Problem

    Hello, I have all my KNX devices at home connected via BOS to Alexa - about 92 devices. All worked well, until suddenly Alexa stopped responding to all devices. i.e. - When I ask Alexa to 'turn on' a device, it says that the device is not responding. 

    To clarify, BOS works well from the app and also Alexa works well with other devices not connected via BOS. 

    Any help please?

    When registering a new controller I get the message that the Access ID is already registered, but it does not appear in my controller section. How do I fix this?

    maybe any advice on what sound systems to use with Comfortclick integration (or no integration), Sonos alternatives ?
