Mouse Down Button

Dear

Is there any way to get a MouseDownButton connected with 2 different Boolean variables: one to change the status of an item and other one to show the status of the controlled item?

What I need is a button where the status is non linked with the variable used to control the same item

Problem with ip adress and license status

Hi

I'm Having again problems with the ip adress, i set static ip adress last time i worked with Bos, now i don't know why it changed the ip but in configuration it is save the ip i gave it. why this happen? And know it says that my license is not active but i already had license status ok.
Can you help me?

Dear support,

I got the need to use in my application a button (to open the entrance door). It must be a one shot button (pulse button) and not the classic switch button.

How do I need to set up the button in Bos in order to work as pulse button?

migration from CMC to bOS

Is it possible to migrate from CMC to bOS?

If yes how?

What about licenes? Is CMC licence automaticaly upgraded to bOS licence?

Hello, yes it is possible, but first you need to update to bOS 3.


1.Create a Copy of ComfortClick folder from C drive to safe location.


2. Update CM to latest version and upgrade from version CM 2.2.4 to latest bOS 3.0.76

3. Open BOS Configurator, go to Files, and load default tab, then click on Theme and click load default.

4. Backup the configuration through bOS Configurator (.zip file).

5. Install .NET Framework 4.5 (if not installed yet) and upgrade from version bOS 3 to BOS 4.


License should automatically been upgraded, if you will have problems, contact us.

bos phone integration

In the description of bos phone, it says 'bOS Phoneintercom application also works with ComfortClick bOS homeautomation software package'.

Which kind of integration is possible? I cannot find any documentation on this subject.

bOS Phone app runs in background and it pops out when someone is calling from the intercom. It is also possible to run bOS Phone apk from directly from bOS Client.

bOS phone streaming

Hi,

I like the bOS phone app because it is simple and only intended to serve as a doorphone.

I think I have set up everything correctly. When I make a call to my doorphone, audio and video using MJPEG work fine. Also from comfortclick I can stream MJPEG to every device.


However when the doorphone calls bOS phone on my android phone, only audio is available. The sip user shown on top is the same as when I make the call (with video) to the doorphone (100 comfirmed). Doorphone is registered as '100' in asterisk server.


Any ideas?
