Bad communication between Jigsaw and MIM-B19N (MODBUS SAMSUNG)

Hi everyone,

i have a jigsaw connected to a Modbus interface module MIM-B19N Samsung. I have the next parameters:

The question is that some times, randomly, the communication breaks down and we can control any of indoor units we have. In addition, i attach a screenshot of Jigsaw's logs:

I don't know if the problem is because of driver's parameters or firmware error. I will appreciate any help .

Have you tried setting the data format to big endian?

If i put Big endian, the data shows this:

Instead if i put little endian, the data shows correctly:

I don't understand why i can read this value (register 75) but i can control, for example, on/off unit (register 74)

Try to rise the command delay and read delay.

Hi Jose, I've got the same error, trying to communicate with an energy meter and replacing the modbus dongle solved the issue.
