live in bulk in camera view on client
Hello, I have clients who complain about the blocking of the live cameras on the PC client.
To be able to reactivate live, they must close the windows app and reactivate it.
The cameras are all configured with snapshot mode.
Can you tell me how I can solve this problem.

This problem is reported to me only on the Windows Client.
Probably because the clients for apple or androind only make fast connections while the windows client remains open for a long time

Can you change the Refresh Time to a higher value to see if it helps? 500ms looks very low.
Just try with 2 or 3 seconds (2000 or 3000 ms), just for testing purposes. I know that most of the users would like to refresh the images so fast it could look like live video, but I think that 500ms is pretty low in between snapshots.

in these days I have done various tests as indicated but unfortunately I have not obtained positive results.
Maybe extending the time to 3sec. or 5sec. the system works for a longer time but still stops.
I am also experiencing this problem from other customers who use the Win Client.
Do you think the problem can be solved?
