Onvif Imou Cameras
Hello,
I'm trying to connect several Imou (dahua) cameras with a Device / IP Camera option, but it doesn't work.
In VLC I reach the image with the url
rtsp://USER:PASS@IP:554/cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=0
but it doesn't work ni bOS Configurator.
When I try to connect it by ONVIF with the URL
rtsp://USER:PASS@IP:554/cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=0&unicast=true&proto=Onvif
it doesn't work either, I get the message that the camera doesn't support ONVIF (it actually does, because I can see it in VLC)
Have you ever tried this type of camera? Can you tell me how to solve it?
Thank you!!

I have a TP-Link Tapo Camera that used to, at least, detect it works with ONVIF. Actually, the Discovery tool detects it. But now it sais the camera doesn't support ONVIF again...
It works perfectly with the Onvif Device Manager program, even PTZ and move sensor.
Don't know if there's something I'm doing wrong in the bOS Config
UPDATE:
I finally got it to to work ONVIF on the Imou cameras (not the Tapo Camera, I still can't get them work, still get it doesn't support ONVIF, but it even worked before). I see the image, but the motion sensor doesn't work. The camera supports it, because I see it working on ONVIF Device Manager, it appears like:
tns1:VideoSource/MotionAlarm
State: true
tns1:VideoSource/MotionAlarm
State:false
But the object in comfortclick is always set to "NO"
Could you please check it in further updates of the software? I'd be really helpful
Thanks!!
UPDATE AGAIN:
I see I can't enter in the configuration of the camera, and PTZ Support and Events are set to False.
whey I try to change it, i got the message
Object reference not set to an instance of an object
I don't know what it means, but I think there's the problem with this cameras.
Thank you!
Hello,
the best thing would be to provide us VPN access to the cameras. Please contact us directly to support@comfortclick.com .
Best regards
Hello, has there been any fix to this issue ? I've got the same problem with a Tapo camera.
Should I buy Imou instead ?
Thanks,
François
