Hello,
Is there possible to connect Alexa app with customer's account in Bos server without give him administrator access in Bos server? I have to give him the controller in comfortclick site to his account? And if so,after that, can I support him remotely or I will not have access anymore to the controller?
Thank you.

Hello,
So what's the idea? Let the client create the commands? Or just update the Alexa skill?
If you want to make changes and just want the client to update the Alexa skill:
Yes it's possible, but for that you have to register the controller on your client e-mail, instead of having the controller on your account.
This way, you can make changes in bOS via the Configuration tool, and then tell the client to reauthorize the Alexa bOS skill or update it.
So basically that's the only way for now.
I have all my clients registered on my own account. But for those who need to update Google Home or Alexa, I have to register their controllers on their own e-mail, otherwise I would have to give them access to my full ComfortClick account.
Best regards
Also:
If you're planning to remove the device from your account so that it can be registered on the client e-mail, please use the "Remove from Account" option on the controller, so that the license is still valid and can be changed to another account.
If you delete the device, you may have a problem with the license and may need help from the ComfortClick team.
