After update 4.10.3
The cameras stopped working on application for mobile phone after update.
Is there any solution for that?

Versions: 9, 12, and 14 (all not working, it was working before update)
Stream setting in bOS: 12fps
(HiLook camera)

I looked online how to set up picture feed for my cameras.
I'm still not 100% that I got the right information for that setting.
But no pictures appears on CC app.
In Themes on "screen" --> Setting MPEG Support / Enable Streaming from True to False
In IP camera setting --> Snapshot
Use Digest : True
JPEG Source: http://%u:%p@%ip/ISAPI/Streaming/Channels/2/picture or http://%u:%p@%ip/Streaming/Channels/2/picture
Refresh time: 2000

that is correct, in the theme, if you switch in the Theme Enable streaming from True to False, bOS will use the snapshots to display the camera.
After changing that, is the camera footage still not visible in your app? Did you perhaps also try the Client on Windows? Is there the problem the same?

For me - on jigsaw(4.10.4) the stream for a single camera is not working either, it may load one snapshot but that does not update, disconnect/reconnect does not fix, driver shows as connected...
But on windows server that is running on 4.10.4 I have 16 cam streams running without problems... streams are coming from NVR all hikvision cams.

I'd suggest opening a ticket in our ticketing system on our website and we can arrange for a short remote session and check the issue together and try to troubleshoot the problem futher.
