Jigsaw KNX - Error connecting to device. No ACK

I've seen some similar posts, but no one regarding KNX connection. I do have problems to connect through Jigsaw KNX and every few seconds I get this error. Does anyone know how can it be solved? Thank you in advance

we are sorry to hear about your problem. At first sight it seems that KNX is not connected to the Jigsaw. Do you have KNX connected?

Yes, it is connected and KNX working by itself. It happened during testing in the office and also in the house where it has to be installed. I've tried to connect through KNX IP, KNXnet/IP Falcon, KNXnet/IP Routing Falcon with the same sort of luck. Any help will be helpful. Thank you again

we can schedule remote session on Thursday at 9 AM CET. Once you will be ready, create a support ticket in our ticketing system and provide us TeamViewer credentials.
