Hi forum :-)
Since almost 6 months I have the problem, that I frquently loose the connection to Google home. If I ask Google to carry out an activity that is linked to Comfortclick, I get the answer "Comfortclick ist not accessible". I can solve the issue by reconnecting my account to Comfortclick over the Google Home App. This is generally a solution, but mostly I need to reconnect it daily as the connection is lost that often.
Is there any solution for this issue?
Thanks in advance for your help!
Robert

Hello,
do you have ports forwarded to your public IP? There might be an issue with your network.
Best regards
Yes, otherwise it wouldn't work in general, right? It generally works very well, I just need to reconnect frquently over the Google Home app.
Hello,
we'll keep an eye on the google home connection on the following days and try to recreate the issue with our current projects using google home, but for now, we haven't received any other complaints regarding disconnects.
Best regards.
Hello,
I use google home every day for some requests and no issue. The connection is stable and work fine.
Best regards.
Is it possible that I did some worng adjustments at the port forwarding in my router that causes the issue that it works somethimes and need to be connected new sometimes? Or is it only possible in such a case that it generally won't work?
The issue was besser for a couple of days, but it came back duirng the last 3-4 days...
Since yesterday, there is generally no connection possible anymore. If I reconnect the account in the google home app, I get the following messege:
Hello,
even if you get this error, if you go to your home and refresh it, do you see your current devices?
Best regards.
Thanks for the response. Yes, I can see my devices and I can even control them with the gopogle home app.
I tried to use voice commands with google home yesterday again even though the reconnection over the app didn't work. Funnily the voice commends work again. I don't know how and why, but maybe the information helps to recreate the issue.
Hello,
there`s a problem in connecting to Google Home: after "Grant" button is checked a "Couldn`t reach ComfortClick. please try again later" prompt appears. Remote access is established via Cloud Gateway. Could you tell what is the reason?
Thanks.
I could solve some problems by updating the firmware of the Jigsaw. Maybe this helpes you as well. I update it approx. 3-4 weeks before and since then I needed to reconnect only one time via Google home. I hope I could solve my problems this way completely...
Hello,
currently there are some issues connecting Alexa/Google Home via our gateway. We recommend to use port forwarding until this issue is resolved.
Best regards
