hello i need to hard reset my jigsaw jj-s-2 pressing the reset button for 30 sec but nothing happened

Hello there,
They have probably accessed the Jigsaw via SSH and repaired the issue.
The access to the underlaying OS running bOS is private and unfortunately only accessible by ComfortClick team via SSH. So in this case, if someone has this kind of issue, they should open a ticket and wait for some help.
