Yahoo Weather ports

Hi!!!  I have a problem with yahoo weather services. When I program my server I received weather data, now it doesn´t work.  It´s possible that I need to open some ports to work?

yahoo weather works for some time and then stops working? No additional ports have to be open for yahoo weather to work, you will need a stable connection to receive the information.
