strange to see the configuration freezing when trying to update. Did you try and update again? If the issue persists, you can also try and download latest version from our page directly and install it.

I have Jigsaw KNX I also can't update server from 4.8.20 to the latest 4.9. When I try Buildings -> Updates I get empty list. I have tried to install new configurator from your site, but now when trying to connect to server I get error "Configurator version is newer then the server. When I click on "Update server" button I still get empty list and I can't update server..
What should I do to get new version on list of updates and to update server?

one more thing. I have just noticed, that under my account my controller is offline, although it is connected to the internet...

I finally figured it out what was the reason that my controller was offline. In Building -> Network I just have to turn off automatic configuration and I manually entered configuration (IP address, Subnet mask and Default Gateway).

Now I get listed new version under Buildings -> Updates and successfuly installed it.

Also sometimes it help if you check time on jigsaw and or add time server IP
