Update v4.8.7

Marco Antonio Fernandes 3 years ago in General updated by ComfortClick Support 3 years ago 9

Good morning everyone!

Our partner [integrator] upgraded the software to v4.8.7, however iOS phones are unable to access the system. In the case of Android phones, access remains normal.

Has anyone encountered this problem? Any suggestions on how to proceed to solve the problem?

Thanks!

Hello,

did you update the iOS app as well?

Best regards.

Hello,

try to remove the server from the server list in the iOS and add it back in (you can try also both manual and using accessID)

Best regards.

Hi,

The integrator did the suggested procedures, but the problem persists.

The only observation based on more information is that the problem is with access to the system inside the house, that is, through the network's wi-fi. And not as at first he understood the note made by the integrator.

At home, users have Android phones as well as iOS, and Android's work normally, but iOS does not. In addition to the operator's router we have Wi-fi repeaters in the house due to the distances.

Best regards.

Hello,

If you are on iOS14, did you make sure the "local access" discovery is set to enabled for the bOS app ?

Regards,

Hello,

Until now, I have not received feedback from the integrator regarding checking this guidance.

I apologize, but I'm depending on a return from him.

Thanks!

Hello,

I upgraded tonight too. Since then, I am not allowed into the program, nor even into the configurator. Is there a solution?

BR.

Also upgraded yesterday my Jigsaw CC-J-2 to latest FW, and lost connection to Ethernet port. Can not receive Dynamic IP, tried to reset (more than 10 seconds the reset botton) and not working. Don't know what else to do to recover the Jigsaw. Will contact provider to see if they can send me another unit.

Hello,

updating the OS of the jigsaw should resolve the issue with connection with mobile devices.

This can be done via configurator and Linux Upgrade option. This can take up to two hours so don't disconnect the power/ethernet until its done.

You can check the log as it Will be shown that it was successful and the server Will reboot.

Make sure to update KNX after Linux update as well.

The connection should then be OK and working with android as well.

Best regards.
