Hello,

I have the same issue,

I have a similar issue, I'm also in version 4.8.7 and when I enter the update tab it says "No Updates", and no new versions are available.

Hello,

one  thing you could try is to, set the static IP of the Jigsaw server with Google's DNS (primary 8.8.8.8. and secondary 4.4.4.4) reboot and check if the update is visible.

If this doesn't resolve the problem, you can contact us directly and we can schedule a remote session and we can resolve this issue via SSH connection to the server.

Best regards,

I already try but still have the same problem!

Additionally when I go to ComfortClick website and login into my account, under my controllers I can see my Jigsaw but it says that is offline...

Hello Paulo,

seems the Jigsaw isn't syncing with our cloud properly, preventing updates, weather and other features.

We can resolve this, but we'd require SSH connection to the server.

You can contact me directly and we can arrange the remote session and resolve this issue.

You can contact me at: david.boben@comfortclick.com

Best regards.

Hello,

I have a similar problem. My Colibri is running on version 4.8.15. When I log in, a message suggests that I upgrade to version 4.9.23. However, when I want to update, no update is available.

Does anyone have a solution?

Best regards

Hello Nicolas,

we are sorry to hear about your problem. It seems that your Colibri is not syncing with our cloud, in this case updates do not work. You can create a support ticket in our ticketing system and we will schedule a TeamViewer session and resolve the issue you are facing with.

Best regards
