Can not update Jigsaw

I'm trying to connect with a 4.7.0 server Jigsaw using the latest bOS Configurator (4.8.7). Every time I connect, the updating message appears, but when i select "Yes" in order to update the server, the updater windows is empty without no possibility of updating. As a result i can't use this server unless I get an older bOS configurator version.
How can I fix this?

seems that the DNS services on the device may not be set or not working properly.
Try to connect to the server via bOS Config and set the server's IP to static with google DNS (22.214.171.124 and 126.96.36.199) and reboot the server, connect again and see if you're able to update the server to the latest version.
I have reset the server and started the process from the beginning. It worked correctly.
