Cyclical loading configuration problem

Grzegorz Kulinski 4 years ago in bOS Configurator updated by ComfortClick Support 4 years ago 3

Hi everyone.

On Thursday, 24.09 I made update to version 4.7.24. Ten hours later, problems with cyclic configuration upload began. Despite downgrade back to 4.7.23, the problem was not fixed. The system has practically stopped working as it reboots every few minutes: /

Does anyone have similar problems?

Hello,

how did you downgrade your bOS version?

Do you have a backup from the stable version?

You could try and reinstall the apps and install the stable version and see if the issue persists.

Best regards.

Hi.

I uninstalled a newer version and installed an older one. I recreated my application from the older archive that I create after each major modification and before each upgrade.

At that moment, the situation is under control. The system has been working stably since yesterday. The problem was with the data exchange between ComfortClick and KNX. I made a mistake with the motion sensors variables and most likely triggered an infinite loop. I was confused by the fact that the system wasn't communicating an error, but simply reloading the application.

The most important thing is that the control system of dozen AC units has started to work stably in a country where you cannot live without it ;)

Regards,
Grzegorz

Hello,

great to hear you were able to resolve the issue. The 4.7.24 version was removed from BETA version and we're working on fixing the problems regarding some integrations and issues that were reported.

Best regards.
