Hello,
BACNet driver is currently in it's beta version, so there are many improvements being done it it's stability. Could you provide any additional information regarding reading points? Can you provide log data, screenshots that might help us resolve this problem?
Best regards,

Hello,
could you also send a backup of the bOS log? To export logs, click on information button at the bottom left, you can try selecting the debug tab, try reading anything and see if you get any info back, so you can send it to us as well.
Best regards,

Hi,
I exported the text file, kept all data related to BACnet for you to analyze, hope that helps.
Log Debug.txt
Good morning, I'm resurrecting this post to add a simple but not trivial question.
Some Bacnet devices are configured to be completely open and make their points available to all, however, there are some that communicate ONLY with a single device configured within their programming.
For example, Siemens fire control panels can provide Bacnet information to only one Bacnet device, thus setting the corresponding ID in the program.
In Jigsaw (or in any case in bOS), it is not possible to set the Bacnet ID of the device when it communicates via IP, while in MS/TP it is possible.
Since all devices normally have an ID, manage COV subscriptions, and polling requests, how can I set the ID within the server?
Thank you
