Server not reachable anymore after updating the Bosconfigurator

I saw in the bosconfigurator that there is un update so i started the installation process but then now i cannot access to neither the configurator nor the client apps. It shows me the message in the photo. What is the issue and how to solve please?

Hey

1. Open bOS service monitor. Start service if stopped

2. Wait for the service to start

3. Check again with bOS configurator - it will ask for bOS config update if the server is on newer version.
