
No server access after upgrade
Hello, I inherited a project from another installer and there was already a server in the installation, I tried to access it and soon after a saver appeared informing that the version of the configurator (4.11.8) was very advanced and I needed to install a previous version of the configurator. I did it on the website and installed version 4.4.4.; I was finally able to access the server that asked for an update to continue and saved a backup to my desktop. After that I was never able to access the server through bos or via Web Browser. Another point is also that I tried to do the factory reset and I do
n't know if it's doing it because the lights are still intact (usually when you reset any equipment it restarts or something) but it seems that the server doesn't accept the factory reset. I need a solution for this because my client is in shock. Another point is that I can scan my network and the equipment app
ears with CC-JIGSAW with an ip assigned and the MAC address as well. But I can't access it.

4.4.4 is very old. So I think you should make a ticket so CC support can take a look at it remotely. What upgrade did it offer? I think the update should be done step by step. Make a backup on each update. Otherwise the version changes/differences wont let you restore from the old 4.4.4 version.
