radio

I'd like to send a radio stream (France Inter) to a HomePod or Apple TV every morning at 7 a.m. and then turn it off at 11 a.m.

This is possible with the "music" subscription, but I don't want to pay the Apple subscription for so little because that's all I listen to.

Is it possible to do this from ComfortClick?

Thank you for your help.

Hello,

I don't think ComfortClick is compatible with AirPlay, or at least I don't remember anyone using ComfortClick to send commands via AirPlay (I might be wrong though).

I personally use SONOS, which is compatible with ComfortClick, and I can do what you're asking. Can't tell about AirPlay, but I'm almost sure that's not possible

I'm not quite aware of iOS right now, but can't this be done via the iOS Shortcuts app, or similar?

Best regards

I dont own any Apple products. But found some info here https://openairplay.github.io/airplay-spec/introduction.html and https://pyatv.dev/ it seems that it has some http api commands or used to have. Not sure if they still work.
