Not able to access the bos configurator

Hello

I am not able to access the configurator software as the server is not updated. Is there a way to do it or to download older version of the configurator?

Hello Osama,

if you ever used an older version of configurator, they're all saved here :

C:\Users\YOURPCNAME\AppData\Roaming\ComfortClick\BOSConfig

Also, if the server isn't too old, if you try to connect to the server it will ask you to download config and you should be able to connect to the server.

If not, you can open a support ticket and we'll send you older configurator versions so you'll be able to connect.

We're also probably adding a respository for all the older versions to just run the .exe and connect.
