I usually only integrate cameras and doorbell streams that I can easily manipulate without any third-party devices / software.
For me in particular, it doesn't make sense to have ComfortClick + another piece of software just to do something else.
And honestly I don't any device of that type, so I can't test it out. I only have a Nest Doorbell Battery, which "sleeps" when not being used, so in my case I wouldn't have any luck or advantage.
Hopefully someone here has already done it, that would like to share.
Hello,
I'm afraid you won't be able to do that without a man-in-the-middle software, like go2rtc, Scrypted, etc, running on some platform...
Nest cams are protected and limited, so they don't spill out RTSP / jpeg snapshots like a "regular" IP camera.
So unless you use a third party software, you won't be able to stream the Nest cams directly to the bOS client.
Best regards
Thank you for your response. Do you already have experience with any of these third parties?
Nope, sorry.
