I'm not sure, but I don't think so, at least as far as I know.
Even for checking the current public IP address, you'll have to use a third party service and use tasks on bOS.
Unless you'd want to give someone access only via local IP address (for example on a Airbnb or something), I think no one has ever asked for this option (almost every installation is using fixed IP address for the bOS Servers).
In any case, as far as I searched, I haven't found any way to know the local IP address, and use it within a message.
Nonetheless, you may want to ask the ComfortClick team about this possibility.
