UPS settings

UPS driver will allow us to add additional power notifications (e.g. power failure, low battery level on UPS...) The driver works only for Windows machines!

UPS device must be connected to the server USB and make sure drivers are installed correctly. The UPS must be recognised as device's batter in Windows.

Power Status Poll Interval function is the polling interval in seconds, that sends current UPS information to bOS.
