Hello, can the Smart Control 5 be configured so that the screen is normally off?

As Toni referred, you should contact JUNG for that question.

This forum is exclusive for ComfortClick products.

JUNG is just a ComfortClick product distributor for Portugal, Spain, Andorra and Latin America, LLIÇÀ DE VALL.

We usually don't discuss third-party devices here, or at least how to configure something that doesn't relate to ComfortClick products.

Nonetheless, every single touch panel I've used automatically turns itself off after x time (usually configured), so you have to double check on ETS that options.
