Access ID connection

Connecting using the Access ID will allow you to connect to your server without knowing its IP address. This is especially needed for servers with dynamic IP.

Access ID is created the first time you register your server. How to create your Access ID and register your server, make sure to watch our How to start video, where everything is explained step by step.

Access ID will go through our cloud, check from where you're connecting to your server and connect accordingly.

If you're in the same network, it will use the local IP address of the server, if you're connecting from outside (outside network or 4G, 5G), it will connect to the external IP address of the server.

NOTE: For remote connection, ports need to be forwarded to the server to insure the remote connection.
